The Air Operations Agent II is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day air import and export of international freight forwarding shipments out of the USA of international transportation based upon customer requests.

The International Operations Agent I, will report directly to the Operations Manager within the Operations department at the station. This position will be responsible for controlling International freight forwarding shipments into the USA and Mexico across all modes of transport per customer request. The Billing Agent III is accountable for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the customer billing processes. This candidate will be responsible for generating an error-free invoice in accordance to the customer's rate card, tendering to customer/freight payment company, resolve billing disputes, managing communications, and supporting internal and external customers with reporting and analytical metrics.

The Domestic Agent I has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.    This Domestic Agent I will be working out of Juarez, Chihuahua.

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the timely collection of domestic receivables. This role will optimize the receivables process by improving cash flow and reducing overdue accounts as well as reviewing other AR processes for improvements and efficiencies.

The International Operations Agent III is responsible for coordinating the day to day import/export of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of international transportation based upon customer requests.

The Account Executive I will sell AIT's services to customer then transition account to the account managers for ongoing maintenance and service. This role will consult with clients and develop solutions primarily in the domestic FTL services mode. This role will drive positive revenue results by establishing new customer relationships and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
