As an AIT Worldwide Logistics intern, you will join a rotational program that provides a high-level overview of station operations, followed by formal instructor-led training, an opportunity to work hands on in operational departments, exposure to senior leaders and exciting opportunities to see the supply chain firsthand.   Depending on the location where you are stationed, each intern may get exposure and formal training in air freight, sea freight, road, warehousing, customs and corporate functions.  

Billing Agent is responsible for processing invoices, billing customers, and taking care of all related customer invoicing/posting tasks. Ensure invoices are mailed in timely fashion.

The International Operations Agent I, will report directly to the Operations Manager within the Operations department at the station. This position will be responsible for controlling International freight forwarding shipments into the USA and Mexico across all modes of transport per customer request. The International Operations Agent I is day-to-day responsibilities are quoting and routing freight, tracking shipments, troubleshooting and overcoming operational challenges as well as assisting local sales and global offices with air and/or ocean export matters. The International Operations Agent, primary focus is providing a high-level of excellent and quality customer service to all customers and vendors.

The Pricing Analyst will perform pricing and market analysis for AIT's ocean and air quotes products in order to optimize profit and meet marketing financial and growth objectives. This role will assist with RFQs, Tenders, BIDS and market updates, along with coaching international operations on all air offerings as needed.

The International Operations Manager is responsible for daily international operations and organizational management of the (city). Recruit, develop and motivate staff to provide a world class customer experience and meet or exceed client expectations.  Ensure that (city) Station has the necessary tools in place to succeed and expand their business levels in international product lines in a sustained fashion. AIT Truckload Solutions is seeking a driven Billing Agent I to assist in our overall sales and administration efforts. This individual would be responsible for supporting the internal and external customers with invoicing, reporting and analytic metrics. In addition, this role is responsible for processing invoices, billing customers, and taking care of all related customer invoicing/posting tasks. Ensure invoices are delivered in a timely fashion. The Billing Agent I will ensure that all invoices are error-free. They will update and maintain records / accounts and will coordinate with the AR department to evaluate accounts.

The International Operations Agent III is responsible for coordinating the day to day import/export of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of international transportation based upon customer requests.
