The Customer Account Manager – Intl level II is responsible for day-to-day management of, and expanding, the client relationship. In addition, the role will be responsible for customer service (24/7), KPI monitoring, tracking, routing, problem resolution, client reporting, vendor compliance, account profitability, and all other assigned projects as dictated by the needs of the client. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills while working in a high volume and fast paced environment. The Customer Account Manager is the primary point of contact for a large revenue-producing and more complex customer base responsible for all steps in the logistics process for these customer(s), which may not be routine in nature.
